Before doing anything on this forum, please read the rules. This site was created by Noel & Meep in 2006. The site is undergoing huge changes so please be understanding of that as Noel and others try to get this site better.	All new members are welcome! We need as many new members as we can get to have this site active, and fun. Chats aren't very fun with only a couple people!
